In the 39th year of its existence, Biohotel Florian was transformed into Hotel Pointner.
By rechristening our hotel, we are returning to our roots. And using foods from quality-certified organic farms (subject to ongoing inspections by Austria Bio Garantie) is, for us, a matter of course. Which is why we feel we don’t even need to mention the word “Bio” at all. Vegetarian whole-food cuisine will continue to take center stage.
