Since 1995, the accompanying farm on the guidelines of organic farming is being farmed organically.
In the autumn of 2007 apple trees, plum trees, pear and sour cherry trees were planted from certified organic cultivation. In May 2009 a large vegetable garden has been created. It was already picked the first zucchini, kohlrabi, fennel, and much more and will be processed in the hotel kitchen.
Since December 2016, our goats have gained some new friends: We now also have cows in our barn. We decided to go with suckler cows, so that the calves can grow up with their mothers.
