Children’s discounts (in parents’ room with two full-paying guests, including vegetarian breakfast buffet) - this children’s discount is only available to private guests:

• Ages 2 and under: free 
• Ages 6 and under: € 18 per child and night 
• Ages 11 and under: € 27 per child and night
• Ages 14 and under: € 36 per child and night

Payments

• Cash in euros or by bank transfer, EC-Cards are accepted for amounts of € 200 and above. 

Bookings

• In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to bill you for the full period of your reservation. 
   

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
 

• up to 12 weeks prior to arrival: no charge
• up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 40 % 
• up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % 
• within the final week prior to arrival: 90 % 

Hotel Guidelines

• Please assume your room will only be available for occupancy after 3 PM. 
• Please check out of your room by no later than 11 AM. 
• Please notify us by phone if you expect to arrive after 6 PM. 
• No rebates are offered for meals which guests choose not to consume. 
• Please note that wireless Internet access is only provided in the dining room.
• Dogs are welcome. The daily charge is € 8 per dog. Food is not included.  
• Please bring a pair of slippers with you to use during your stay.
