Your vegetarian hotel in Tyrol

Happy & full without meat

Our kitchen has been breathing organic since 1973. Deeply, without compromise and with a lot of passion. Valuable food, sustainably produced and prepared with respect, is the heart of our hotel. At the Organic and Seminar Hotel Pointner, our vegetarian organic wholefood cuisine has always been one of the main pillars. Because the way to a man's heart is not only through his stomach - together with healthy, vital food, it is also a balm for body, mind and soul.

Enjoy wholesome food at the vegetarian hotel

Our conscience cooks with us - and taste plays the leading role. Wholesome, vegetarian and always served with a big portion of heart.

Quality that tastes good
We only put on our plates what we harvest ourselves on our farm or get from organic farmers in the neighborhood. Ready-made or semi-finished products? Not a chance. Instead, chef Alexandra lends a hand in the kitchen herself - from picking fresh herbs in the garden to grinding the grain daily in our own East Tyrolean mill. So it tastes like Tyrol and like real farming.
Excellent good food
Our kitchen has proudly carried the "Grüne Haube" for many years. It confirms what has always been a matter of course for us: cooking with organic, regional and seasonal food. Wholesome, fresh, with lots of care and without any meat. But with all the more flavor.
Vegan and yoga cuisine
For our yoga guests, we cook according to the principles of the yogic-vegetarian diet - lightly balanced, predominantly vegan and yet full of flavour. A cuisine that fills you up, gives pleasure and fits perfectly with a conscious lifestyle.

Sustainability with handshake quality

We know where it comes from - and where it's going.

Ecological responsibility

Advantages of a meat-free, wholesome diet

Our kitchen is 100% meat-free - and with good reason. Because a wholesome, vegetarian diet has numerous benefits for your health and for the environment:

  • Protection against diet-related illnesses such as diabetes, obesity or cardiovascular problems
  • Strengthens the immune system, metabolism and intestinal health
  • Well tolerated - even for sensitive stomachs
  • Saves resources and reduces greenhouse gas emissions
  • Respects animal welfare and avoids factory farming
